To book a room, download the hotel room reservation form, fill it in and fax it directly to the Crowne Plaza on fax: + 41 22 747 0303 by 20 February 2008. After this date, rooms and rates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. A deposit of one night"s stay is required to secure your reservation.
Important: hotel cancellation policy
Cancellations and/or any changes should be made in writing exclusively to the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Your booking can be cancelled at no charge up to 8 April 2008. After this date and up to 24 hours prior to your arrival, one night will be charged to your credit card. Within 24 hours prior to your arrival, in the event of total or partial cancellation, no show or early departure, the entire period booked will be charged to your credit card.
Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00.
Hotel transfers
The Crowne Plaza Hotel is only three minutes from Geneva International Airport. The free shuttle bus departs from the hotel and the airport every 20 minutes between 05:10 and 12:00. From 12:00 to 24:00, the shuttle bus is available on demand. At the airport, the shuttle bus is parked at exit C4.
